Attack is a big company with a relatively good rep.
Your best bet is to ask them about it.
My guess is either:
a.) You didn't send them an invoice (if required)
b.) They misplaced your invoice
or
c.) They are missing your w-9 or indy contract and can't process your payment, but don't feel obligated to contact you.

Hope this helps!

Hi! I contacted them several weeks ago! They have all my paperwork. So far nobody who worked this event has been paid!

Kasey, if you included this additional info in the first post, I could have better advised you.
My new guess:
a.) They are utilizing the maximum time allowed to pay you all per their contract (could be up to 3 months)
b.) They haven't been paid yet on this project and won't pay staff until they receive payment.
or
c.) A unique circumstance beyond all understanding and control.

Either way, this info should of been communicated to you all by Attack. Best of Luck! :)

They are known to have extremely delayed payments. I've experienced it, and so has everyone else that has worked for them. Communication is nearly nonexistent with them. I'd recommend reaching out but just know that if you do so repeatedly they will black list you. Happened to me! I didn't care though as I didn't really plan on ever working for them again. Regardless, if you are industry for a paycheck at the end of the week you need to seriously rethink what you are doing with your life. Some companies take 2 days to pay out, and others take 2 years.

I'm not saying any of this is right (or even legal), but no one has seriously filed suit and actually gone through with it. Until that happens, Attack, EPShits, and all the other lame ones will just never learn that they need to hire people that actually made it past the 5th grade.

Best of luck to you. Take a look at your contract. I know their contracts used to state 45 days. Let us know what yours says.

Attack has been a great agency to work with and for. Communication is key with any work relationship and is required on both sides of the field. While some agencies have a longer turnaround (usually depending on their payment policy), I wouldn't discourage anyone from working with Attack. They provide a steady stream of work to those who do a good job.

I have to say they are so far the slowest company I have worked with when it comes to payout. I worked for them around December 6th and its Feb 10th and I have yet to recieve payment. After contacting them they said they were looking into the matter, but that i could take 6-8weeks to be paid (this was at the 8 week mark when i sent the message) I am giving them another week and then seek more action. I also know another girl I worked with has not recieved her payment. Hoping to get a paycheck soon :)

Wow - I'm wondering we are all talking about different companies.. How many "Attack Marketing" companies are out there?

I've worked with Attack! Marketing twice (and am gearing up for a third time) but haven't had any trouble with payment yet ::knock on wood::

There is a form on their website to submit payment status inquiries and I've found their office team to respond in a timely manner on all issues/clarifications..

Good luck and keep trying! If all else fails, call your lawyer ;)

Hi Jaime! Thanks for checking out the website!

We managed and staffed the Ameriquest program for Colorado back in 2005. Passage Events is now Rally Marketing Group (just a little FYI

I have applied to work Attack Campaigns over a dozen times in the last year and have yet to even get a call! I have 6+ years experience in this field. Anyone have any tips/hints/ins for getting hired with them?

I hear good stuff about them and want to add them to my agency list

Hey Robert, they typically work with brand ambassador's that have worked with them before (they trust them more to show up for the promo). Make sure to register yourself to ALL the places you are willing to travel to. I signed up for Los Angeles events a LOT of times and never heard back, but then registered for a promo in Riverside and got a call a few days later.

I'm sure once you get booked and perform well, they will trust you in more high demand areas--like Los Angeles.

Hope that helps!

I worked an event with Attack! on 4/7 and have yet to be paid the full amount.

They said I would receive a stipend to travel an hour outside of town, so I agreed to work a 2-week promo for them. When the email came outlining the amount of the check they were sending, it didn't include the travel stipend (which was substantial). I contacted my rep right away, and she said she'd look into it. When the check came, it didn't include the stipend. Long story short, I went back and forth with her over email several times, and each time she said she was looking into it, or that someone from accounting would be calling me (and they never did), etc.

I just spoke with her yesterday; she was very apologetic and said that they'd send a check during the current pay cycle yadda yadda. I'm not holding my breath...

Attack is one of those companies that pay late, extremely late. SO like with any other company you have good experience and bad. I would never work for them. When I did it took them 5 months to pay me after I filed a labor disupte! good luck to anyone who works for them!

I have wanted to work for Attack, but didn't know if my random thoughts were not funny enough to make the cut or if it's just a matter of the jobs going quickly.

Attack may be one of the top 50 event marketing staffing agencies, but it is far from a quality agency. I would not recommend any potential client staff event thru Attack.

It routinely selects staff that fail to fully execute events, street teams, promotions, etc. It also has questionable managers. I have had problems being paid due to a questionable manager that didn't submit my hours...

The majority of people that get selected for events with Attack are over-aged teenagers (college students that haven't grown up) w/ no real sense of responsibility.

Plus the whole registration/tracking system is annoying. Why do you have to submit references every time you sign up for a promotion? I don't want you calling my real references for every single itty bitty promotion. I would prefer they didn't call call the VP of some company to ask if i can pass out flyers, etc.?
